On the Verge Winterfest takes place on Saturday February 18th 2012 at the Polish Eagle Club in Nottingham. Eight bands are playing, including, London bluegrass outfit Kidnap Alice, festival favourites Something Nasty in the Woodshed, rowdy folksters Nimming Ned, also David Gibb & Elly Lucas the finalists in the prestigious BBC Young Folk Awards 2011, and the highly respected eastern European new roots band Muha.
